Lucely Nunez
I graduated from William Paterson University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. My academic journey, enriched by several law-related courses, fueled my passion for the legal industry. Driven by a strong desire to help others, I chose to pursue a career in this field immediately after college.
Prior to joining Grungo Law, I served as a court program researcher for over two years. In this role, I was responsible for reviewing court documents, analyzing criminal backgrounds, and compiling self-improvement evidence for submission to the State of Hawaii for determinations. My commitment to assisting others stems from the belief that everyone makes mistakes, and these errors are an inherent part of the human experience. The heartfelt gratitude expressed by individuals I have helped—such as hearing, “Thank you. You saved my life”—is profoundly fulfilling and motivates me to continue making a positive impact. Realizing how I could have an effect on others inspired me to return to William Paterson University to obtain a paralegal certification.
Witnessing the transformation in people who have received help inspired me to further my education. I returned to William Paterson University to obtain my paralegal certification, aiming to grow both personally and professionally. I am enthusiastic about the future and confident that my career will flourish at Grungo Law.
