July Family First

In this month’s unique Family First award, two recipients, Kim Maldonado and Isaiah Harper of our intake team, were recognized. If you know Kim and Isaiah, then you know them being awarded together is very fitting.

“Isaiah and Kimmy are like a well-oiled machine,” said Rich Grungo. The two are very like-minded in their work ethics. “If one needs help, the other pitches in,” he continued.

Isaiah and Kimmy took on our intake department when it was in its early stages, and together, they succeeded in helping grow not only the department, but the firm as well.

Kim has been with the firm for two years, and Isaiah just over two years.

Besides her knowledge, thoroughness, compassion, and professionalism, Kim brings her personality to the firm. Her personality is incredibly bubbly, fun, and her joy is contagious. Isaiah is the balance to the duo, as he is so grounded in what he does. “His positive attitude and pleasant demeanor go a long way with clients and the team,” said Grungo.

Both Isaiah and Kim have incredible talents that follow them into the workplace. Isaiah’s passion for music and talent in playing guitar and singing is uplifting and inspiring. He is motivated to make a positive impact on children and adults through music therapy. Additionally, Kim being bilingual is an incredible asset personally and professionally. She shares her linguistic and cultural knowledge, as well as delicious recipes, with the team.

We are incredibly grateful for this dynamic duo and the fun they bring to the firm.
