November Family First

Drenna Marino has been deservingly awarded this month’s Family First prize. Coming up on her sixth year with the firm, Drenna is our Ambassador of First Impressions, which sets the tone for our client’s entire experience. This job encompasses many duties, including assisting all departments and the Chief Operating Officer.  

Her role has changed immensely over the years as she has gained more experience and given more responsibilities. From answering phones to greeting and assisting clients, handling managerial tasks, and everything else in between, her contributions to the firm are integral to its operation.  

Drenna’s fierce loyalty is extremely admirable, according to Rich Grungo. Another incredible quality of Drenna’s is her dedication to helping humanity, whether it is animals or people. 

“She genuinely cares about others and goes out of her way to help, including with our furry friends,” said Grungo.  

Besides her wonderful personability and commitment to creating a great customer service experience with clients, Drenna is a U.S. Navy Veteran. She spent four years in the Navy as a Yeoman and recounted those years as the best time in her life. We are grateful for you Drenna, congratulations!
